Cancellations & Rescheduling

Things happen, trust me, I GET IT! The kids are sick, life gets busy, something fun comes up...however. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance.  If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of  50% of your scheduled services and you will not be allowed to book another appointment until that cancellation fee is paid in full.  Prepayment of services may be required after the second incident. 

No Shows

What happens if I miss my appointment and don't contact you to let you know I won't make it? Unfortunately, when I don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, I end up with a gap in my schedule that I lose money on. My policy is that if an appointment is "no-showed", 50% of the services cost missed will be due before you are able to reschedule. 

Arriving Late

If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.  If you are more than fifteen minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.  I schedule my clients back-to-back, which means if I start just one client late, every client after that will be seen late. Sometimes I can catch up, sometimes I can’t, depending on what type of appointments are scheduled after yours. I completely understand that life happens, but if this is a recurring issue, a late fee may be added to your appointment cost.


I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make an adjustment at no additional charge. Not achieving the desired results in one session, when we have discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions, does not constitute a "re-do.” Once again, if there is an issue, I am always willing to make it right and leave you 100% happy with your hair!

Children & Guests

For safety and liability reasons and limited space in my suite, I ask that you please leave your children home and come to the salon alone.  I love kids and have two of my own, but the salon is not a good place for them. This policy is put in place to ensure a relaxing salon experience and created with your child’s safety in mind.
